QWhat does an hour of boot camp entail?
AEach hour of boot camp will vary, but will incorporate core conditioning, flexibility, plyometrics, agility drills, abdominal toning, cardiovascular exercises, functional training, short distance running (less than 1 mile), interval training, circuit training, body weight resistance training, strength building and more. We always warm up and cool down.
Q How long is each camp?

Q When will I see changes in my body?
AYou will start to feel results in the first week. It is typical to see results within 2-3 weeks. But remember, each person is different so results will vary.
Q What should I bring?
ATowel, Water, Yoga or Exercise Mat.

Q Do I have to be in shape to participate in the Method Fitness Boot Camp Program?
AAbsolutely not! First, our medical history form will let us know any precautions related to your health and fitness levels. You will start training at your appropriate level and you will move up as you get faster and stronger. We've designed the program to be suitable for everyone.

Q Is there a Method Fitness Boot Camp closer to me?
AIf you and your friends would like us to start a boot camp more central to your home, just send us an email. We would be happy to accommodate you.
Q How do I sign up?
ASimply click the link to the registration page.
Go to the Registration Page and fill out the form. After filling out the registration form, please follow the payment instructions, we accept visa, Master card and American express on our secure credit card form.
Q When does the next camp start?

Q What is your Refund Policy?
AThere are no refunds, but if for some reason you miss a class, you have the entire boot camp cycle to make up your class.
Q What if it rains?
AThis is a Boot Camp, we work out rain or shine.
