GENERAL INFORMATION:
Off peak times vary but in general they are between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM and the 9:00 PM appointment.
Clients over 35 years of age are advised to have a stress test and complete blood chemistry work performed as part of the initial fitness testing if they have not had a physical in the preceding year.
Sessions typically last 60 minutes. Clients must, on average, work-out no less than twice a week. This average determines the contract expiration date. For example, a 40 session block of sessions must be completed within 20 weeks of the purchase date.
Clients typically schedule standing appointments, for example, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 3:00 PM. In the event one cannot make an appointment, METHOD FITNESS almost always can find an alternative time for you to train.
Same-day cancellation of a session will result in a charge to the client's account for that session. Cancellations made with 24 hours or more notice will carry no penalty.
Method Fitness gladly accepts Visa, Master Card and checks. Please make your checks payable to METHOD FITNESS.
Instructors are available between 6:00AM to 10:00PM Monday through Friday. Weekend hours vary by season.
1 ON 2 PERSONAL TRAINING

1 on 2 personal training the newest personal training program that method fitness offers makes it possible for you and a friend or other compatible partner to work toward similar goals under the guidance of one personal trainer. Its objective is to encourage you to exercise properly and achieve your goals with the support of a partner.
Choosing the right partner is key. For example, if your goal is to reduce body fat, it makes sense for you to work out with someone who shares that goal. Other goals might include: muscle gain, weight loss, general conditioning/toning, or improved functionality for a particular activity or sport.
