I HIGHLY recommend Method Fitness. I have had personal trainers from Sports Club/LA, Equinox and NYSC and Method Fitness is top notch! Not only have I had great results after just a month and a half of training (losing both weight and inches!) but the progressive training system changes the routines every couple of weeks so that you keep pushing yourself and never get bored. Also, unlike other training programs I have done, when you first start you get an extremely comprehensive fitness evaluation and report (17 pages!) with all of the works so that you can keep track of all of your areas of improvement including weight, measurements, body fat, bmi, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, etc... I train at the Hilton, which is a fantastic facility with new machines and a great locker room (and includes a sauna and steam room). David is my personal trainer but ALL of the Method trainers that I have come in contact with since I began seem to be just as knowledgeable, motivating and personable. You should definitely give it a try!
Killer Workout

Wes is doing power sets of cardio and weight-training exercises using mostly free weights, a medicine ball and the Swedish big ball for core stability. It's old school stuff I've never done before and it's much more fun than running on a treadmill and using weight machines. He keeps the energy up and gets through a workout in half the time it would take me alone; I like that. There's a lot of floor work and gymnastic exercises as well, things for the legs like squats and lunges with weights or a ball.

I have been training with Natalie at home for just a few weeks, once or twice a week. She is great! I told her the areas I wanted to focus on and our hard work is paying off. I look and feel leaner. I love training at home...no battling the crowds at the gym...and no excuses to skip a workout b/c I'm too tired to go to the gym. Method ordered my equipment for me (just some free weights and a stability ball). I continue working out on my on too...Natalie tells me what to do on my off days. I wish I had discovered Method sooner!

I found Method to be extremely organized and professional in every aspect of their operation. I am working harder and feeling more motivated in my fitness and nutritional efforts than I ever have before. The trainers I have met have been motivational, inspirational, knowledgeable and well-prepared (particularly Matt, with whom I am currently working). Most of all, I am feeling great, looking better, and rather than something I avoid, I look forward to each workout and recently went from 2x to 3x a week.

Ann Marie performed a very excellent massage! I would highly recommend her and Method Fitness at the Hilton! I would definitely visit this facility again and request her for a massage.

From top to bottom, this place treated me right. Friendly faces, calm environment--exactly what i needed. method fitness works out of the hilton, so it's an added bonus. They have excellent equipment (i think it was renovated last month!!) and i've never had to wait for a piece of cardio.

This is an overall review on method & hilton spa since my method massage was at the hilton spa and it was all experienced together. first, Spa at Hilton. i admit that after receiving a gift treatment for this hilton spa, i did not expect much. afterall, who has even heard of the Spa at Hilton? well, against my better judgement i am writing this because of the wonderful treatment i received there. not many people know about this spa, which is partly why i so pleasantly suprised to find it luxuriously appointed, sparklying clean, and very calming. the changing room is immaculate and the steam/sauna first rate. when i called to make my appointment, the staff was very attentive and even graciously took the time to actually see what therapy i needed so they could recommend the right massage therapist. the waiting area is a bit small, but i guess the mainpoint is that i had hardly sat down before it was time for the treatment! beverage choice was a bit lacking, but one of the staff thoughtfully brought me something else!
Which brings me to the massage. carmine was caring and very nurturing. she was not rushed at all and actually took time beforehand to introduce herself and talk with me. it always seems strange when you go to massage therapy and you don't know who the person is. this was personal care and attentiveness that is unmatched! she knew the tight spots and worked out the knots and tension without inflicting pain, a difficult balance to strike. carmine would even check-in every once in a while to make sure i was comfortable, which i was b/c i didn't want to move at the end.
With all the craziness in the city that never sleeps, it is reassuring to know that there is a Spa that takes that extra care to calm all the senses from the earth-toned decor to the friendly caring smile of the staff. i just hope that as more people hear about the Spa at Hilton that they continue this same uncompromising personal touch. take me back!

I have been an active individual all of my life, but as time goes on, one notices that your body doesn't bounce back the way it used to. Well, much to my dismay, I finally sought out a personal trainer to help me get back into shape and shed those unwanted extra pounds. The phone call to Method Fitness was very casual and informative. I didn't feel pressured over the phone, but rather invited to workout on a trial/introductory session. I met with the personal trainer at the Hilton gym on a Thurs. evening after work and boy, was I in for a treat! He told me over the phone to come ready to work out and we did! After my workout, I was eager to get started. He did a Fitness Evaluation the following night and by Monday of the next week, I had been set up for the first of my 64 sessions. It has only been a month, but with the help and motivation of my exceptional trainer, I have lost 10 lbs! I have gained confidence and knowledge of what it takes to to continue with my success! I actually look forward to seeing my trainer Monday and Wednesday mornings!

My intro session with them was unbelievable! They center the program around the Core Workout and I am already feeling it! I can't wait to get started and am really impressed with the professionalism of the staff!

My trainer was down to earth, fun to chat and not at all intimidating. He walks me through every minute of my workout in an encouraging but firm manner. His explanations are great and he works with me to achieve my personal goals. I highly recommend David to anyone, particularly professional people who need flexibility in scheduling and a trainer who will tailor an exercise program to your particular needs.

My Wife and I love their personal yoga instrustors. that come to our home. Before we couldn't get to the gym for yoga classes in time now we just call Method Fitness and they will send a Yoga Instructor to teach us yoga anytime..

I had this really good Pilates instructor that taught me things that were totally new to me.
I really enjoyed the personalized service. I also love the fact that I can switch between Yoga, personal training and Pilates instructors.

I found method fitness to be invigorating. The trainer that I worked with greatly enhanced my technique. He spurred me on to achieving my goals. My motivation to going to the gym has greatly increased, I now go four times a week.

I have to say that this program was not boring like most other programs that I have done. There were varied exercises each day of te week so I never got bored with the same routine. Also the exercises were things that I had never done before.
I could see results in a short period of time. I would recomend this program to anybody looking to get lean and strong...

The work-out with the personal trainer was excellent. He gave alot of good direction. I was tiring of my everyday routine and it was refreshing to learn a revolutionary groove that gave me the motivation and enthusiasm to reach my goals. I would recommend the staff of Method Fitness to anyone who's serious about getting results under safe instructions.

I have tried a few personal trainers in the past, and from what i can say is that, this is the one I am most pleased with. I am getting the personal training and attention to detail that I am paying for. Trust me you will not be disappointed in the real results that you will get our of the training.

Trainers I've worked with previously (at every price range) would put me on a machine and count (I can do that myself). Now I'm watched carefully for form, pushed without it feeling like boot camp (though I'm sure they'll do that if you want!), and receive very positive/enthusiastic feedback from a very knowledgeable, personable trainer who really worked with me on how I wanted to approach my workouts. The focus on core-training and nutrition is very balanced, and is something I can do at the gym/home/on the road. I hadnââ¬â¢t exercised in years, so I'm amazed with what we've accomplished in so short a period of time. For the first time, I feel like this is a workout I can and will want to do for the long-term. It may seem expensive, but broken down per session itââ¬â¢s the same price Iââ¬â¢ve paid for a trainer at any good gym.
