Our certified, professional personal trainers will guide you through a week of specially-designed activities that are challenging, fun, and personalized for your individual fitness goals.
At a Method Fitness retreat, you will be challenged, pampered, inspired, and motivated. Here is an example of a typical day at a Method Fitness retreat.
- 7:00 – 9:00 AM
- Yoga, Taichi or Qi-gong class
- 9:00 – 10:00 AM
- Healthy breakfast
- 10:00 – 11:00 AM
- Demonstration and discussion of online nutrition program (free for one year)
- 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM
- Jog or bike on beach, stretch or core class
- 12:30 – 1:30 PM
- Healthy lunch
- 1:30 – 4:30 PM
- Free time to take advantage of resort activities, shop or just relax
- 4:30 – 5:30 PM
- Boot camp workout
- 5:30 – 7:30 PM
- Massage, sauna or other spa service
- 8:00 – 10:00 PM
- Healthy dinner and evening activity.
This is just a sample of a standard Method Fitness retreat day. We have selected each of our sites for the range of activities available on-premises and off, and activities will vary from one retreat to the next.
