Method Fitness understands today's executives and their needs. Our Traveling Personal Trainer will accompany you on your business trip and train you twice a day -- with weight training and cardiovascular exercises -- to keep you fit and healthy while you're on the road.

Your Method Fitness Traveling Personal Trainer will find a gym in or near your hotel, or provide the necessary equipment to give you a beneficial workout right in your hotel room. This will ensure a more focused and productive business trip. Additional benefits include coping with stress more easily, increased energy level and overall enjoyment of continuous better health.

Traveling Trainers' Responsibilities:

  • Devise a personal fitness program to achieve realistic goals.
  • Personal fitness training (2) times per day.
  • Provide nutritional guidance and maintain meal structure.
  • Make your training fun, rewarding, safe and educational.

Traveling Trainers' Credentials and Experience:

  • Certification by nationally recognized organization.
  • 2- or 4-year degree in health or exercise science-related field.
  • CPR certified.
  • Continuing education seminars and conferences.
  • Self-study
  • Integrate principles of exercise and nutrition into his/her own lifestyle.
  • Work history has allowed trainer to apply principles to people with varied backgrounds and specific needs and goals
  • Proficient in the Method Fitness Methodology, which incorporates the five components of physical fitness: Flexibility, Muscular Strength, Muscular Endurance, Cardiovascular Efficiency, and Body Composition.
